It's essential to provide them with lots of space to roam and a safe, enriched environment. Can I change my mind after reserving the kitten?

Once the deposit is made, it is non-refundable. However, if you decide that you no longer want the kitten you reserved, you can either choose to transfer your reservation to another available kitten, if one is suitable, or wait until new kittens become available for reservation. This option depends on availability and must be discussed with us in advance.

How do I confirm my pickup or delivery date?

The pickup or delivery date will be determined based on when the kitten is ready to move to a new home. Once we confirm the earliest possible date for the kitten to be ready, we will coordinate with you to select a pickup or delivery date that works best for you.

Reservation and Payment Process:

To reserve a kitten, a non-refundable deposit of $350 is required. You must fill out the reservation form on the website, select the kitten you wish to reserve, and submit the deposit using one of the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or cash. The deposit secures the kitten for you until the remaining balance is paid.  The remaining balance for the kitten is due either 3 business days before pickup or delivery, If you plan to pay in CASH, the remaining balance can be settled on the day of pickup.If delivery is chosen, the balance must be paid 3 business days prior to delivery.
